We stand behind the quality of our products. If your Sereniva bracelet arrives damaged, defective, or breaks within 30 days of delivery, we've got you covered.


2. What's Covered

Within 30 days of receiving your bracelet, we'll issue a full refund or free replacement if:

✓ Your bracelet arrived damaged or defective ✓ Stones are missing or falling out ✓ The elastic/string breaks under normal wear ✓ Any manufacturing defect


3. What's NOT Covered

✗ Change of mind or personal preference ✗ Damage caused by misuse or abuse ✗ Normal wear and tear after extended use ✗ Bracelets worn beyond 30 days

All sales are final unless the product is damaged or defective.


4. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

Step 1: Email us at contact@my-sereniva.com within 30 days of receiving your order Step 2: Include your order number Step 3: Send clear photos of the damage or defect Step 4: We'll review and respond within 24 hours Step 5: We'll send a prepaid return label (US only) or process your refund/replacement


5. Refund Details

  • Full refund to your original payment method, including shipping costs (for damaged/defective items)
  • Refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days depending on your bank
  • In most cases, you won't need to return the damaged item
